- Monthly: AED 1,000 (inclusive of all taxes)

Terms:
- Rates inclusive of Municipality Fee, Service Charge, and VAT
- Apartments subject to availability
- Tourism Dirham Fee not included
- Any additional government taxes or fees during the tenancy period will be charged to the guest
- Payment Terms for yearly stay: One full payment or one current dated cheque and three post-dated cheques. Cheques should be dated at least 3 working days prior to the payment cycle date.
- Security Deposit: 10% of the rent due at signing. Refundable net of any deductions under the agreement terms upon vacating the property.
- Pets’ Security Deposit: AED 3,000 for monthly stay, AED 10,000 for yearly stay
- Weekly or daily cleaning due to pets: Additional AED 50 charge
- Additional housekeeping service/cleaning:
- One Bedroom: AED 600 per month
- Two Bedroom: AED 1,000 per month
