Terms:

• Rates inclusive of Municipality Fee, Service Charge, and VAT
• Apartments subject to availability
• Tourism Dirham Fee not included
• Any additional government taxes or fees during the tenancy period will be charged to the guest
• Payment Terms for yearly stay: One full payment or one current dated cheque and three post-dated cheques. Cheques should be dated at least 3 working days prior to the payment cycle date.
• Security Deposit: 10% of the rent due at signing. Refundable net of any deductions under the agreement terms upon vacating the property.
• Pets’ Security Deposit: AED 3,000 for monthly stay, AED 10,000 for yearly stay
• Weekly or daily cleaning due to pets: Additional AED 50 charge
• Additional housekeeping service/cleaning:
  • One Bedroom: AED 600 per month
  • Two Bedroom: AED 1,000 per month
  • Three Bedroom: AED 1,500 per month
  • Pre-payment and advance booking required

• Maximum 2 pets allowed per apartment; pet policy applies.
